Care Levels

Basic            Level of Care Charge: $350

A resident who is primarily independent, but may require medication
monitoring, meal reminders or housekeeping/laundry assistance. Basic
residents require very little assistance in the daily living activities
of bathing, dressing, grooming, or toileting. This resident is
self ambulating and continent of bowel and bladder.

Level 1         Level of Care Charge: $625
 
A resident who has few physical problems.  Level 1 residents require staff
assistance in some of the daily activities of bathing,
dressing, grooming, toileting and cueing to meals/activities.  This resident
receives medicine management.  This resident utilizes minimal mechanical
assistance with ambulating to and from meals/activities.
This resident may experience episodes of incontinence. This level may
include stand by assistance with showering twice per week.
 
Level 2          Level of Care Charge: $875

A resident that has moderate physical problems. Level 2 residents may require assistance in their daily living activities grooming, dressing, bathing, toileting assistance and cueing to meals/activities. This resident receives medication management. This resident has moderate incontinence and may experience unmanageable bladder control and will require additional staff assistance with changing of soiled clothing and bedding.  This level of care also requires hands on assistance with showering 2 times per week.

Level 3          Level of Care Charge: $1,225

A resident with increased physical problems. Level 3 residents require
medicine/pain management. Level 3 residents require assistance in daily
activities of grooming, dressing, toileting and cueing to meals/activities.
This resident experiences unmanageable bladder incontinence and will
require additional housekeeping, laundry service and care giving staff
assistance. This level requires full showering assistance twice per week. This
level also requires two resident care staff with assistance with safe
maneuvering.
